ABOUT J GULINELLO

J Gulinello is a Boston-born, New York-based actor and musician.

A graduate of Berklee College of Music, he has more than 10 years of experience as a touring and studio musician, most notably as lead singer and guitarist of rock band Condition Blue. In addition to writing a large catalogue of original material, he has also composed music for film and television, and in 2012 was hand-picked by legendary Queen drummer Roger Taylor as a semi-finalist for lead vocals in their official tribute show, the Queen Extravaganza.

J’s background in live performance and theatre was the basis for his transition into acting. He has been studying with noted acting coach Bob Luke since moving to New York, and has found success in independent films, television, and voiceover work. J has served as a judge at International Models and Talent Association (IMTA)’s New York conference, worked on the set of productions such as What’s Your Number?, Zookeeper, and Body of Proof, and has appeared on Travel Channel, Discovery Channel, and A&E/Bio.

He enjoys lending his dramatic sensibilities, knack for improv, and comedic timing to unique projects, and is currently writing, recording, and performing with the rock group Band of Heroes.
